8. Permits, Laws & Compliance

Permits will be obtained as outlined in your project agreement
Clients must provide accurate property and site information
All work complies with Ontario building codes and regulations

9. Workmanship & Materials

All work will be completed in accordance with industry standards
Materials used will be suitable for intended design unless otherwise specified
Substitutions may occur due to availability but will require approval

10. Subcontractors

RockALevel may use qualified subcontractors.
We remain responsible for:

Quality of work
Project oversight
Meeting contractual obligations

11. Warranty

RockALevel provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty from project completion.

Covered:

Installation defects
Workmanship issues

Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear
Weather-related damage
Improper use or maintenance
Third-party modifications
Natural material movement (e.g., wood expansion, cracking)

12. Website Use & Responsibilities

You agree:
